For he 25th anniversary of the Beuagency Dojo (France), The French OshuKai organised a succeful Kobudo seminar led by Chinen Hanshi. Kobudo enthusiasts came from Marseille, Bayonne, Strasbourg, Lille, Lorient, Nantes, Aurillac, Mareuil s/ Ourcq, Aulnay, Colombes, Montmorency, Paris, Courbevoie, Boutigny et Beaugency.
